Organic plant-based proteins are specified the way formulators actually use them — by protein content, solubility, water binding, and flavour load. A protein that works in a baked bar can fail in a beverage, because the failure modes are different: sedimentation and astringency in one, dryness and crumb in the other. We ask which system you are putting it into before we quote a grade.
Organic plant starches are specified by viscosity development, gelatinisation temperature, and freeze-thaw stability. These three rarely peak together in a single native starch, so the useful question is which one your process cannot compromise on. How an engagement usually starts
Most relationships begin with a specification rather than a price. You tell us the application, the constraints, and the market you are selling into; we propose a grade and the documentation that market requires. That is followed by a sample, then a trial batch if the application warrants one. Only after the material behaves the way you need does volume become the conversation.
