Production

Quality products originally result from quality raw materials. In the faith that quality results from professionalism, ORGANICWAY implements professional operation from the beginning and controls the quality of raw materials strictly.

Organic Ingredient Production And Packing Facility

From resource census, selection of raw material base sites, seed selection, planting, and harvest, to supplier evaluation and control, we continuously carry out professional study, planning, and data validation at every step.

Our own planting bases

Most of the raw materials we use are grown in China. So far, we have built our own raw material bases, including an organic potato base, an organic hemp base, and an organic vegetable base covering kale, beet, carrot, spinach, and broccoli.

Through these bases, sufficient quality raw material is available throughout the year, so the stability of both quality and quantity is guaranteed. At the same time, a number of planting farmers have improved their livelihoods through the programme.

Owning the base changes what can be controlled. Variety selection, rotation, and the conversion period required before land can be certified organic are all decisions made years before a harvest, and they are difficult to impose on a supplier you buy from season to season. Where we farm under contract instead, the same standards are written into the agreement and verified in the field by our own agronomists.

Global ingredient sourcing

Beyond our own bases, we offer a broad range of quality-certified organic and natural ingredients for sale to manufacturers and brokers. Our global platform and manufacturing capabilities allow us to source products from approximately ten countries to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

This, combined with our quality control, social responsibility, and the sustainability programmes we offer our customers, allows for peace of mind.

Sourcing across origins is also how a buyer manages risk. Weather, policy, and freight all move, and an ingredient available from a single region is an ingredient with a single point of failure. Where a customer’s supply is sensitive to that, we qualify a second origin alongside the first.

Standards in the field

Following the principles of environmental protection and sustainable development, and in accordance with GAP standards, we build our specialised raw material base and supply network scientifically. Crop rotation, input control, and harvest timing are planned rather than improvised, because consistency in the field is what makes consistency in the finished ingredient possible.

Harvest timing in particular is a specification, not a convenience. Active marker levels and moisture both move with the harvest window, and cutting it early to meet a shipping date shows up later as a certificate of analysis that misses the agreed range.

Processing and packing

Raw material is only half of the result. Our facilities handle blending, extraction, drum drying, and packing of finished goods, and the process parameters for each are set per product line rather than per facility. This is where the specification set in the field is either protected or lost.

Grower relations

Our people are our strength, and to us they are more than workers or partners — they are our family. Our agronomists work directly with growers on contracts, field applications, seed supply, and education, so that certified production remains economically rational for the people who farm it.
