– Provide leadership and direction for North American Organic ingredients research and development

  • Utilize new technology and materials to develop innovative, cost effective Organic ingredients solutions that fill market place gaps that meet or exceed the customer’s expectation.
  • Deploy and transfer existing Organic ingredients knowledge from China team to North American team.
  • Oversees establishment of new product specifications and transfers the new product offerings to manufacturing, ensuring a consistent manufactured product within a reasonable cost basis.
  • Ensures scientific methods are utilized to characterize raw materials leading to innovations through an understanding of the physical and chemical properties.
  • New method development as relevant to the introduction of new products and/or processes.
  • Leverage relationship to acquire new technologies and new product offerings beneficial to Organicway.

Organicway Inc., a leading manufacturer organic ingredients, is currently searching for a Customer Service Supervisor!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Customer Service Representative’s (CSR) daily activities and ensure individual goals are met.
  • Identify roadblocks and escalate them to the Head of CSR/VP.
  • Provides leadership and training to the Customer Service Food division Front Line team members.
  • Supports Account Sales Managers and Sales VP with operational requests.
  • Interact with Operations departments for Shipping, Warehouse, Planning, Production, and/or Laboratory issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned client accounts.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in a customer service role
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Customer Service Supervisor in natural health industry.
  • Business to Business customer support experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skill set and problem solving/time management/multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to train and lead a large team is a must.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills required
